Ltd (erstwhile Pegasus International) was established in 2007 by 2 toy professionals Dr. Shyam Makhija and Mr. Anuj Mehta as a partnership company which became a private limited company in the year 2012. The company is held between these 2 families who have a long history in the toy industry. 1968 - 1998 Mr. Rasik Mehta, father of Anuj is a toy veteran with roots in toy manufacturing going as far back as 1969. By the end of the 1990s, Anuj took over the reins of the family business when Rasik's primary business of being an OEM manufacturer for Blow Plast (India) Ltd.
